OpenAIRE

OpenAIRE A.M.K.E. is an international non-profit partnership, which changed to legal entity status in 2018 after more than 10 years in project status. The University of Vienna was taking part from the very beginning, as a partner in all four previous projects and now as a regular member of OpenAIRE AMKE. The aim of this network, which has more than 45 members so far, is to provide an infrastructure for permanent Open Scholarly Communication which supports research in Europe. OpenAIRE works closely with the EOSC (European Open Science Cloud). Among other things, consultations in various areas of Open Science for scientists and research-supporting services are offered, webinars are held regularly and an online platform for scientific output is operated, where dashboards of scientific monitoring are offered for various target groups and other services are provided. The NOAD Austria (National Open Science Desk) is located at the University Library of Vienna.
