Vienna University Press (VUP) was founded in March 2007 in cooperation between the University of Vienna and V&R unipress. The university governs the publishing programme via the Scientific Advisory Board of the Rectorate and coordinates the publisher’s range of services. VUP publishes high-quality research papers – e.g. thematically organized anthologies and monographs, research reports, habilitation theses as well as outstanding doctoral dissertations. Open Access publication is also possible.
